Do I need any technical skills?
No.
You simply record the conversation and send us the audio file. We take care of the transcription. Editing and shaping the text is done by you, at your own pace.
How do I send you the recording?
We recommend sharing the audio via a file link (for example using cloud storage or a transfer link).
Email is fine for smaller files. We’ll guide you if anything needs adjusting.
How long can the recording be?
Most recordings are between 1 and 3 hours.
Longer conversations are welcome — up to 8 hours are included.
How long does transcription take?
Transcription is delivered within 5 business days.
Shorter recordings are often delivered sooner.
